TRASHED: Greatures, "Pills"

Here's a Greatures comic that probably* won't be made. It lives only in my notebook in which I write/draw/doodle my ideas and morph them into something viable. It's a physical way to write that works for me. I have plenty of stuff written in older notebooks that have and HAVE NOT been used. I simply just need the comic in my brain to exist so I can see how it looks.

Above is a recent example, and my thought process that led me here went like this: I said something stupid that made me laugh about taking a pill that hits the back of your throat in a way that leaves a chalky "skid-mark" on your tongue; thought about giving the line to Cigarette, but she doesn't really have a tongue to leave a skid-mark on; and Empty Boy? well, he's so good at taking pills; He loves taking his big scoop of pills every day!

Then I take all that and try to find a joke or something funny that clicks when you land on it in the last panel. Maybe not a punchline, but something that makes you laugh. Scratch that, Makes ME laugh. But I didn't find it this time. I'm sure it's still there, but for now, the idea is still hanging out in my notebook. Maybe as I flip through it to find an idea it'll come to me again and I can make it work. But that's for another day.

*I hate saying "never" in this case, but that is the likelier scenario.
