New color variants, new mods, concept ideas, reorganization [diary and ideas for 2025]
Hola gente hermosa
First of all, just a little thought about this racist movie about Mexico. A super distorted image of Mexico, insensitive on the subject of Madres Buscadoras, and to top it off it sells it as if it were art, QUE NO MAMEN, a banana stuck to the wall is more art than this racist shit.
I've let it all out and we can get started.
Yellow Mode UI and more colors to come
Well, I want to start by saying that I'm already planning more interface colors. Next week the first alpha in yellow should be released. In fact, the first alpha was planned to be released last Wednesday, the 15th, but an update was announced that same week, and the Behind.
So I decided to wait before doing anything.
Don't think I made a lot of changes, I just reused part of the red mode color palette for the yellow tones. More than anything, I need feedback; I want to create a color palette that is to the liking of the majority. This alpha is mostly a conceptual idea, but it will be up to you to shape it, whether you want me to keep the transparencies, use warmer or cooler tones, or use the palette of an X or Y Vtuber (as happened with the Meica05 in green mode).
The first alpha will be available on Wednesday, January 22nd for all $2 donors and will remain available until the release of version 1.0, with no fixed release date set at this time.
I also have more colors planned for this year and these would be
Beige (a very popular color)
Cyan
Magenta
These last two are merely to include the primary dye colors, because blue, green and red are already there.
There may not be any dates, but they will come out this year.
Pause for new Blue Mode UI features
Blue Mode is already arriving in its final stages, in fact it has more qualities than its older brothers, Pink and Purple. And it is almost at the same level as Dark Mode, since as it does not modify the text it is easier to maintain it, in February it might release a major update to give it parity with Dark Mode, and from then on it would only receive maintenance updates, in the meantime I am working on new features with Dark Mode or the medieval interface.
Adoption of Hepandeerus mods
Ok, I'll cut to the chase with this one. Frankly, I was hoping someone else would adopt these mods, but it's already January, Hepandeerus left in September. I just don't have a choice, and several people are pressuring me to update them. It's not that it's complicated, it's just tedious. For just one color I have to create 7 variants for each interface mod.
So when will these mods be available?
Second week of February and only for donors of 2 dollars or more for 2 weeks, since I would make these mods.
Be careful, not all at the same time, the first one to be released would be the colors, the next month the pink, the following month the blue, and so on with all the Hepandeerus colors. Will I expand the colors of these mods? I don't know, I'm still going to think about it.
New PDF to install or modify my interface mods
This is mostly to help people who want to modify the mod, whether for x or y reason they need to remove a feature but without deleting the mod.
And as you can see it will be an interactive PDF translated into various languages, at the moment only Spanish and Portuguese since I speak them, and English is the general rule for internet stuff, apart from only knowing enough English for questions if this hurts you or I do this to you.
Later, I release a document for people who want to help me translate the document into their language.
When will start menus be added back to interface mods?
Well, I'm not going to modify this interface. It's not that I can't, it's that I've already identified almost all the elements that make up the background of this one. In fact, it wouldn't be hard for me to release a separate beta, but in the short term it's more than obvious that we'll see updates for this interface.
So I'm going to hold off on making changes for the moment. I'll let the interface evolve before doing anything.
The last one and we're leaving
A while ago I started playing Fallout 4, since my best friend and boss at the clinic gave me the game with all its DLC for Christmas.
And I started to see how the mods work, and I already have some created.
I don't know yet if I'll release the overrides for these mods, since they are more personal, except for the Spanish translation of the dialogue mod, but I will keep my interest in making mods for this game alive, since the tools provided by Bethesda and the community make this task much easier.
It literally only took me 5 minutes to make each override, without any prior knowledge, compared to the sims that do require a certain amount of skill to do something.
That would be all, thank you very much for your support, in the last year, despite some difficulties that occurred, you continued to support, thank you very much.
