Welcome to Federal Unit Manager
Federal Unit Manager is a modding manager for Starship Troopers Terran Command with a load of features and even more coming!
It allows the installation of Modpacks and scenarios and functions as a backup manager and a mod creation tool.
This tool can be used to create custom Units, weapons, classes, decorations and abilities. It also allows the modification of official scenarios such as which units are deployable.
Any modification created using Federal Unit Manager can be used in your own custom scenario and shared with others, including the mods you created for your scenario!
Even if you aren't big on making mods, installing others' is extremely simple and allows compatibility between multiple mods.
Want to get into making your own mods? It's extremely simple and Federal Unit Manager even has tooltips to help you as well as a Guide and other resources such as IconIDs, common Weapon Traits and known in-game command codes.
Coming out alongside FUM v1.92r is my Custom Scenario, Starship Troopers Decadence!
This scenario is heavily modded using Federal Unit Manager and can be installed by putting the .zip file in your FUM_Data/Scenarios folder!

The most important feature of this entire software is the Modpack file-format, which Federal Unit Manager uses to package everyone's modded entities. When installing someone's mod, you'll be installing their super-tiny .modpack file. When creating your own, you'd be creating this kind of file in which can be installed wherever.
Modpacks allow you to set your author name, modpack title as well as a description to help everyone know exactly what they are installing and who made it. Once they installed your modpack, they're golden and can immediately enjoy your work in their game.
Modpacks also can be utilized in conjunction to custom Scenarios. If you make a scenario that utilizes modifications, you can package your scenario along with your Modpack for easy installation.
Hooker Bug is the partner application of Federal Unit Manager. This complex application allows real-time hacks such as enabling hotkeys for Tactical Pause, Rotation camera and God Mode.
Some Scenarios may require camera rotation in real-time. This partner application allows that. God Mode is extremely useful for testing scenarios as it allows you to teleport around. Hooker Bug is ever-growing and has even more features yet for you to discover.
Releasing alongside FUM v1.92r is Hooker Bug v2.0r. ^-^
