Lewd Launcher 0.4.81: pick your mascot

Lewd Launcher 0.4.81 is out, and it comes with company.

You can now pick a mascot for your launcher. She stands in the sidebar (or in her own frame on Android), brings her own colour scheme for the whole app, and reacts when you click her. Every mascot is fully animated and voiced. Keep clicking and she loses a layer or two.

Fresh Ink is free for everyone. Open the launcher and click her to download; it takes a couple of megabytes. You can switch mascots, mute her, pause the animation or go back to the classic look at any time under Settings > Mascot.

The launcher now has its own Patreon. It pays for servers and downloads, and it unlocks the rest of the cast:

• Free: Fresh Ink

• Supporter ($1): 3 mascots, adding Closing Time and Iron Hour

• VIP ($5): 7 mascots, adding Late Stream, Hayloft, Frost Valkyrie and Hexwood Coven

• Founder ($10): all 11, adding Clockwork Atelier, Garage Queen, Crimson Countess and Veiled Arachne

New mascots arrive roughly every two months, and each tier gets more of them as the cast grows.

Just pledged? The launcher picks up a new pledge within a day. To unlock your mascots straight away, log out and back in, then choose one in Settings.

Pledging there is separate from supporting a game's developer: game access is unchanged, and the launcher itself stays free.
