There were signs that my mind was starting to split, so I read through a few Dao scriptures.
As expected, the scriptures left behind by our ancestors really are profound. After reading them, my mind and spirit became one, and the mental fragmentation was gone.
But now I feel empty.
My heart is completely hollow and adrift. Life feels utterly meaningless; fame, wealth, power, and desire all seem like an empty dream, and everything feels incredibly boring.
Perhaps the Dao of our ancestors is simply too profound, and my comprehension was insufficient, so I suffered a backlash.
I’m taking a day off to digest this sense of emptiness and adjust my Dao heart.

I know the feeling. I wish him well, this fire level of writing surely requires a lot of effort.
If we sent our prayer maybe the author could accumulate good karma or smtg?
