Happy 2026!
Happy New Year, everyone!
I want to start the year by sincerely thanking you for your support, interest, and subscriptions throughout 2025 and the years before. Your patience and encouragement are what keep this project moving forward, and I’m deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in it.
2025 has been a year of changes and progress, albeit slower than I'd like (which is always the case), and I really appreciate your understanding. In a world where everything is evolving rapidly and events unfold at breakneck speed, the pressure to publish content is immense, and the revolutionary changes already on the horizon make the future difficult to plan. However, I'm commited to keep doing my best this 2026 to keep progressing on Our Red String and deliver a satisfactory experience, chapter by chapter, and until the whole game is completed.
As I work on the last half of chapter 14 and plan the plan the next one, my biggest concern is making the wait worthwhile, with the upcoming release holding some long-anticipated moments and a few exciting surprises I’m eager to share. During this year I hope to be able to advance the main plot threads and get the game closer to it's end, plus the Steam launch, which I hope will bring more attention and members to our community.
I hope I can continue to earn your support through 2026 and carry this project all the way to its completion. Thank you for being here, and here’s to the year ahead!

Happy new year! I’m besotted with how well you weave your narratives, and such attention to the craft does take time. Enjoy the celebrations and take your time so you’re unimpeded in pouring your talent and passion into your work! There will always be impatient people, but those of us who value quality are here for the long haul. Cheers!

Hoping the next chapter is a full-on VIP party. But looking forward nonetheless, whatever happens.
You go above and beyond the standards of this genre, Eva. Some that have excellent skills for creating these VNs give the impression that they are "milking the clock", so to speak, but that thought has never entered my mind in regard to you. Naturally, those of us who appreciate your labors are eager to see more, but the creator should come before the creation. Your health, peace of mind, and your own satisfaction with your work need to be top priorities. Some commenters are too self-centered to think of that, but I'm sure you know that, and I hope you can look past them. The best of this new year to you!
Happy new year Eva ! Be proud of what you're delivering... you know (and we know) you're not slacking off. It's just inherant to this type of game... choice driven story always end up with a enormous pile of variations that make the progress go slower at the end. But I'm sure that with time & experience, your future progress (and games) will take that into account. The important thing is : you deliver quality :)
You really should give some sort of date for the next release. I'm old enough to remember you releasing both lena and Ian route shortly after each other. Now it's the common "Excuse Delay Repeat" line that other devs use :(
Countless possible choices on each path, makes progress slower, this is the price we pay for being able to make so many choices to impact the plot.
Happy New Year! Take your time, go slow, no pressure from this sub to release quickly - I am in this for the long-haul. However, since it is a new year, I will simply reaffirm my hope to see an Emma x Ian full relationship arc, and an Emma x Lena X Ian scene. 🙂
