Big oversight on Shatner's part not having Ohio legend Ken Jenkins on to discuss his groundbreaking character performance to begin TNG Season 3.
Since you both love Ronald D Moore so much, I recommend you consider Battlestar Galactica (2004 reboot) at some point in the future. I think it'll be right up your alley. Its a chonker of a series too - while 'only' 76 episodes (and two tv movies and some spinoffs) each episode feels like a mini movie. Absolutely rewrote what science fiction could be.
Documentaries are okay to watch out of release order. There's an appropriate time for them that's fine!
That was awesome reactions with you guys finally matching names to faces.
Actually, in my opinion, “Center Seat” is the best, most comprehensive documentary. But, it’s full of spoilers, and will have to wait.
