V is a lovely watch

V is a fun one.

oh my wow.... V... what a fantastic experience that was when it came out <3

Both V mini series' were essential entertainnent in my 80s upbringing. Watched them both many times over the years, and they hold up. Other must-watch tv films were SYBIL ... DARK NIGHT OF THE SCARECROW ... DUEL ... all 3 went from tv to then become popular vhs rentals... then also released on DVD ... and now you can stream them. Their endurance is a testament to how good they are. Oh, i should also include the original THE INCREDIBLE HULK tv movie. That movie was so good, they created a pilot episode next, then the series launched. They released the movie overseas in movie theaters because it was so good. It was eventually cut into 2 parts for episodic tv watching. But the original movie version is available on dvd.

V the final battle was scored By Denis McCarthy. He did a lot of of scoring for TNG. He also did the music for the V series, you can tell listening to the open credits for that. Kind of sad since the series didn't do very well.

I love v I hope you will as well

Ahhh…V!! I just watched the Original Series and Final Battle with my girlfriend two weeks ago, as she’d never seen it! You guys would definitely appreciate V. It’s mostly character-driven, but with some realistic spectacle! And it’s eerily relevant in today’s political climate! My perceptions may be colored, as I’ve loved it since its original broadcast when I was a teenager, but it’s an easy S-Tier for me!

Do you guys have Star Trek: Enterprise on Blu-Ray?

DO IT. (in my best Palpatine impression)

Yay, glad you got these blu-rays! 📀 For V, the original miniseries is first, two 90-minute parts airing over two nights in May 1983, followed a year later by the sequel V: The Final Battle, which aired over three nights in May 1984. Later on in the 80’s & 90’s, the two miniseries were combined & aired in syndication as a week-long event over five nights. Supergirl… would make for a fun & interesting reaction, let’s just say that 🤣

V was amazing, it still holds up now, imho

V is great! It was a real television 'event' when it first aired!

You will probably like V.

Supergirl has one of my favorite Jerry Goldsmith scores.

V would be a great watch
