So, about that update...

I know I said I was going to finish the update in a jiffy after my vacation, and I was being serious...yet I have a habit of grossly underestimating how much work something is - hence the sometimes stupidly huge scope creep in my game, I would need an editor.

"Just some post-processing here, tying up the scenes into one cohesive package there, testing and refining the club.", I tell myself. Sounds like a few days' work...but yeah, I was wrong. It's way more work than I thought and remembered. And as I play-test the final product, this happens: "oh, I forgot this" or "I think this could use a bit more oomph" or "wow, that sounded lame, I'll need to rewrite that", and suddenly I've spent two hours writing some side content I'm not sure most people will notice, but some people will definitely miss if it's not there. Anyways, as for the update, it won't be long now, but I won't give you guys any dates, because I'd loathe to not stick the landing yet again. Instead, I'll give you guys a quick rundown on what's to come, so you'll know there is something there instead of just copium.

First of all, the club 2.0 is more than just...well, more stuff to unlock in the club. I've been reworking the club mechanics quite a bit. Some old scenes might be missing on initial release, since I might need a bit more time to really figure out what's best to go where and when to unlock certain things. Gone will be the old scene lists for all girls and now you'll...unlock them from a slightly different list! It's all very exciting. The important bit is that I'm trying to make it feel less important to create a full path from innocence to depravity for all the girls in all the activities in all the rooms and you'll instead unlock some here and there. Some will be shorter scenes and some will be the longer variations that you're mostly used to today (assuming you've played the game). Also, the girls will have a fatigue and defiance meter that will replace the old fatigue system. Plus the Club 2.0 initiative will unlock additional ranks for you to chase with your club. I'm not sure if I'll add in the whole loop of levels 6-10 or will I just add level 6 and add in additional levels with each update. I suppose we'll find out soon. Anyways, this is something I'm going to be looking an eye out for feedback most of all. Whether it feels too fast, too slow, not clear enough, too boring...whatever your grievances might be!

As you might know, the main girl of the update is Olivia...buuut I don't really want to spoil anything about that, so here's just a cryptic screenshot from her part of the update. It should at least hint at what kind of a weird side tangent the game is going to take this time. I hope you guys like puzzles. And if you don't, I've tried to accommodate you guys too. I'm nice like that sometimes.

There won't be super many new club scenes, since I've really been busy banging my head against the design and simulation part of it, but there are some scenes for Hannah and Hermione at least (and maybe more if I have time while I render and work on other stuff). And besides Olivia, you'll be seeing Shirley and Serena. Double H's and S's, huh, would you look at that. It was completely unintentional. You muscle mommie lovers and Hermione fans will be eating well in any case. In addition to those, there are small additions like new renders in certain situations, some easter eggs, and new music tracks to fit Olivia's storyline. Probably some new questions for the school as well, just so you guys don't get too smug about knowing it all by now.
