Platinum Tier 1 - "Sunrise"

After creating my "Bloom" & "California" presets, I set myself to try and mix the two to create a more vintage per se reshade and stumbled upon some effects that I think work pretty well together. This reshade focuses on the sun bloom as well as highlighting some more blues and toning down some of the greens in areas. Works best in Extra Sunny weather around 5-8pm in-game time.
