Gold Tier 2 - "California"

Due to myself seeing a lot of different reshades that try to undertake the 'Californian' feel, I decided to take it upon myself to make one from scratch. This reshade focusses mainly on the light blues and slightly bloom for your gameplay. Works best with Extra Sunny weather but also looks amazing in overcast.
