Designing the whole NTR base is showing some challenges I didn't foresee.
A lot of new characters (8 right now), buildings, spaces, offices, decorations, equipment, etc. And a lot of that will only be shown partially!
I designed this render as an advertisement picture to hang on a wall. I was inspired by one of my long-time subscribers' profile picture.

Good on you Trope! Service to our countries is a key demonstration of loyalty and honoring our homelands. No matter what country it is for.
For NTR maybe go with 'energy weapons as newly developed troop arms... Yeah!!! Laser or even Phaser Guns!! Han Solo's Blaster Pistol maybe?? LOL
Trop did also Military Service and too you two - Leon and Trop...thank you for your Service, its not for everyone ! So - to the Steyr AUG - Leon believe it or not, in my nearly 40 years of Service (35 as a Military Police Officer all over the world in UN KFOR Duty (Golan Heights, Cyprus, West Africa and in the Kosovo) i dont know how many shots i fired through my AUG Gen. 1 - 3, i had aprox. 20 - 30 Stoppages, ALL related to faulty Ammo. The original AUGs from our Steyr Arms Company in Austria run like a Swiss Clockwork, i give my word on that ! The only Problems we have is with the .300 Blackout ones, they are very Ammo sensitive, with Standart Military Issue Ammo the run fine, but with weaker Commercial Ammo they have alot of Problems... I have some private owned AR15s like PWS and HK MR556, i like them also, they all make nearly no problems.
Other than military battle games like COD and MW or ARMA there are not a lot of resources out there that would be easily uploaded into a game development tool like renpy works with. Those games offer tools for modders to build mods to add to the game play options and these tools include buildings, drones, aircraft, vehicles and heavy equipment as well as character models and uniforms to use that in many cases are considered open source letting gamer's build their own mods. Might help if you find they will work with your development tools Trope!!
P.S. Note about dust door on ejection port.. It should be open if the weapon is being fired. It does not close on it's own. Just a little tip from someone "familiar" with the design... Normal BCG (Bolt) that is visible when door is open is usually black but can be silver or even nickel chrome "Nickel Boron" or even a golden color which is a high end metal finish used that resists corrosion and friction with high heat very well.
You do not want to see my M4 Grandchild.. LOL.. We won't even go into calibers.. Tactical Scopes with variable zoom that cost me less than 30% of what the fiberoptical fixed focus tactical scopes the US Military uses cost. Let's just say.. Clay Pigeons at 300 yards from shoulder or hip.. No problems.. Yes.. Mine has laser module too. I could send Trope pics of some of my custom builds to scan in and use in game for base team member weapons if he really wanted to make it look like NTR really has highly advanced weapon systems for the troops..
The profile picture was the day we got our new Steyr AUG A3 Assault rifles with the Rheinmetall Light/Laser Module. This is some years back at a Press Conference with our Minister of Defence… That Version of the AUG was given to the Military Police only…👍🔥👊
Are the AUGs really as dependable as they are claimed to be? I never had the opportunity to test one out. Plenty of practical use of US military weapons during my time in service and some non US but common US LE used at well. Near 10 years military and 7 in civilian LE. Not really the right subject matter for a AVN page though if you get my hint..
