Prototypes Upgraded to Unity 2022

I have upgraded all Prototypes tutorials to Unity 2022.3.1f1. There are no changes, except for Maze 2 and Runner 2. These tutorials now also support disabling of domain reloading. That's done by storing the instance pools in a static list and clearing them when needed, but only while in the editor.

I avoided disabling domain reloading because it was still buggy and could fail when using URP, but since 2022.3.1f1 it all appears to work. The prototypes now all function with both domain and scene reloading disabled.
