Upgrade Planning

In preparation for upgrading Curves and Splines, I moved it to the Older Tutorials section. It won't be part of Basics anymore. Instead, it will become its own series.

Before I get to Curves and Splines itself, I'll first wrap up the Basics upgrade, which includes Constructing a Fractal and Frames Per Second. The Object Pools tutorials will be merged into the new Object Management series.
