● Passionate Affection 0.0.1:
Adds a new standalone mod: Passionate Affection.
This mod requires Passionate Gift to function.15 new romantic interactions have been added under a new pie menu category called Passionate Affections.
Affection interactions unlock after performing a Reveal Gift interaction.
Each Reveal category unlocks its matching affection style.Affection interactions last for 1 in-game day after completing a Reveal interaction.
If your Sims unlock a sentiment tied to a gift category, the matching affection interactions will remain available for as long as the sentiment is active.
Sims with a Reveal Gift sentiment can autonomously perform the related affection interactions.
The Affection interactions are romantic interactions that work like any other in-game interaction. They increase your Sims’ relationship level as well as their relationship satisfaction.
Passionate Affection interactions can also increase Turn On and Attraction levels, but only slightly.
● Passionate Gift Update 0.8:
12 new Reveal animations have been added to the Placed Object Gifts Update, focused on the Elegant, Intimate, and Wholesome categories.
New Debug Utility:
Added a Reveal Interaction Picker accessible via Shift Click on Sim with testingcheats enabled.Two new options:
• Expensive Reveal Interactions
• Basic Reveal InteractionsThis allows players to manually select the reveal animation tier instead of relying on automatic price detection.
Each interaction includes a custom icon and a short description to help identify the animation before playing it.
The mod is base game compatible.
Things to Clarify:
Passionate Affection will not appear by default.
You must perform a Reveal Gift interaction first to unlock the matching affection style.
The Reveal Debug Picker does not bypass requirements.
You still need the correct Gift Set in your inventory.
You still need to meet romance requirements, such as First Kiss and relationship level.
If you do not use the picker, the system will continue selecting animations randomly as it used to, based on gift price.
Some animations on the picker are tier-exclusive. If an interaction does not appear under Basic or Expensive, it means it was designed only for the other tier.
Upcoming Features:
More affection variations and also make it a standalone Romance mod.
How to Install:
This mod requires the Passionate Gift mod to work properly. Also, the Lot 51 Core Library. You can download it here: https://lot51.cc/core
If you are using the Reveal Picker, make sure testingcheats is enabled in-game.
Just place Passionate Affection, Passionate Gift, and Lot 51 Core Library into your Sims 4 Mods folder.
Always remove older versions before adding the new files.

hello lovely! I’m having an issue finding the reveal interaction picker using testingcheats and shift clicking on my sim, it doesn’t appear at all :( I was also wondering if it would ever be possible for the female sim to ever take the more dominant role? For example “forehead kiss” is unlocked now but even if my female sim is the one initiating it it will always be the male doing the action, but understandable if that’s incredibly difficult! your animations are always wonderful regardless! ❤️

im having issues with both mods they show up but not the interactions on my pie menu edit: i think figured out what mod was causing me issues
this works perfectly fine for me i did this. You need to go to the shopping app on the phone and go to gift set at the bottom of the shopping app for me and buy one to reveal a gift then the passionate affection show up after you reveal a gift to someone
this need updating with the new update its no longer showing up

passionate gifts mod 0.7 version works with revealing gits. 0.8 version does not work and the affection mod does not work. I tried it with no mods except the lot51. Regular gifts works such as the handbag,flowers etc but the reveal gift option does not work with version 0.8. Also your mods dissapear when i have lumpinou mods installed

Hey, just to let you know that the Passionate Affection is not showing on the Menu. I only got the Passionate Gift. I also tried the _Test package, and it doesn't work :/

Hi! I’m actually working on this right now. I’ve made a new _TEST version of Passionate Gifts that includes some fixes. Could you try it for me? Just remove your current Passionate Gifts package and replace it with the _TEST version. Don’t keep both versions installed at the same time. Let me know if Better Exceptions still reports Passionate Gifts as broken with the test version, and whether the mod itself is working normally in-game.
I can't seem to find the passionate gifts in my pie menu. The extra kisses arent there as well. The kiss and grind only is showing the original 3 interactions. Have I installed it wrong? I have all the required mods also downloaded.

The Reveal Gift interactions appear on the gift object itself, not on the Sim. First, buy one of the Gift Sets from your Sim’s phone under Shopping and keep that Gift Set in the Sim’s personal inventory. Then place a new object on the lot from Build/Buy and click on it. You should see the option to Reveal as..., with the available Reveal style depending on which Gift Set you purchased. If the object isn’t being recognized, enable testingcheats true, Shift + Click the object, and use Turn All Objects Into Giftables, then check again.
Hi! I’m still having trouble with the romantic interactions. All the other mods work fine, but the romantic interactions just don’t show up. I’ve already tried pretty much everything I could think of. I have the latest XML and LOT51. Please help :(
I’ve actually made new _TEST packages for both Passionate Gifts and Passionate Affection while I’m working through the issues from the latest patch. Could you try those test versions for me and let me know if the romantic interactions appear again? Please remove the current versions first and replace them with the _TEST packages rather than keeping both versions installed.
Hello, everything works in my game except for the designer bag. I can only see the designer box and moodlet but the actual bag is nowhere to be found.
Hi! Thank you for letting me know. Just to make sure I understand correctly, when you use the Designer Gift interaction you get the designer box and the moodlet, but the bag itself never appears? Could you also let me know if this was working for you before, and whether you've tried it in a new save with only the required files installed? That will help me narrow down whether it's an issue with the object itself or something conflicting in the game.

Thank you for letting me know 😊 Just as a general note for the future, whenever the Core Library itself breaks after a game patch, we usually have to wait for the creator of Core Library to update it first. Since my mods depend on it, there isn’t much I can fix on my side until the Core Library is compatible with the new patch again. Once it’s updated, make sure you’re using the latest version before checking any of the mods that depend on it.

Hello just downloaded this mod! I'm having issues with the animations. When gift giving the sims don't come together to do interaction. They stand where ever they are and give/exchange gift with air.

Something is definitely wrong with the mod, because I was playing with the turn every object into a gift and when I came back to the household I was playing it with the option pops up but the objects doesn't change. It was working for me a couple of days ago, just a fyi.

Thank you so much for your hard work, your mods are amazing and add so much to my game! I have a problem with the placed gifts. What I tried so far. Bought a gift set via the phone. Then placed a new object through build/buy. No reveal as gift interection is shown. Then I tried first buing an object then buying a gift set. I do see a gift set in my sim's inventory. However the reveal gift interaction doesn't appear no matter which object I bought. I also tried testingcheats true. Shift + click on the object. No interaction to make all objects gifts. Only 2 interactions are available: debug & set as head. Your mod is directly in my mod folder, no sub-filders. Lot 51 is updated and is there as well. A stupid question but could it be a language thing that the interaction is not shown in my language but is available in English? But there is no icon either. Simply nothing. Could you please tell me if I missed any steps.

Good evening! I’m really sorry I missed your comment back then. Some older support comments got buried between notifications from newer releases. Are you still having this issue? Is the Reveal Gift interaction itself missing from the object? Also, make sure the object is newly purchased, or use the debug interaction that enables all objects to be used as gifts. After that, the Reveal Gift interaction should become available.

I download both, the passionate gift category is still the old one form the old update not the new one, and I don't see anything about Reveal Interaction? and the passionate affection category still doesn't show up to me? I'm really sorry but I'm really confused right now, where is the Reveal Gift interaction? because it doesn't show up to me like said only the old gift show up and I even delete the old passionate gift file?
You have to do the reveal gift aka passionate gift interaction on an actual item like a lamp or a book to unlock the passionate affection . So what you do first is you have to go to your phone and click on the shopping icon cart and from there you should see something that says purchase a gift set and it will have it in different selections like elegant gift or like romantic gift you pick from the options once you do that you will have it in your inventory than like I said if you have a lamp or like a book you want to gift. You click on the item and it should say reveal gift once you do that than you should have the option to do a passionate affection. I hope this helps

Hi! Thank you so much ❤️ If you are talking about the Passionate Affection pie menu, it only appears after your Sims perform a Reveal Gift interaction. For example, if your Sim uses Reveal as Elegant Gift, the matching Elegant affection interactions will unlock in the Passionate Affections pie menu.
