BIG SUMMER UPDATE BISH

Hello, world! It's May, but again. I wanted to give y'all an update on what all is going on in my neck of the woods!

So one thing I deeply despise is how frequently my momentum gets stripped away. I was getting a video out nearly every two days for a little while there and I was starting to see some success. But then things got kinda difficult in my home and I quickly started feeling suffocated and work became impossible. 

I pivoted to doing more work on my book and I was able to secure another round of copy editing and cleaning and now there's a second version of Fluids on the market that's far better than the first version was, although it is the exact same story and words. Admittedly, I have a big satisfaction requirement for things to express clarity and if my words get misunderstood, it drives me nuts. So I've been trying to figure out the self-publishing world and that's quickly turned into another new venture that's all about design and printing. My manager and bestie, Azzy, and I have recently gotten very serious about our understanding of printing so we're making amazing printed material now at such a quick rate. We're planning on putting some zines together this summer and probably just leaving them places for free lol.

I've been slowly working through the audiobook as well but admittedly with everything going on, I'm using my voice constantly and almost always feel raspy and gross so clean recordings have been hard but I'm getting the process started this week to get that finished and delivered.

On top of that, music shit got real dude. Like, very quickly I started to do serious numbers on Spotify and after that, I saw a lot more attention and interest in me touring and meeting all my fans performing live. I did a show last month to about 85 fans and that completely blew my mind. SO I'm happy to announce 2 tour dates so far! 

On the 23rd of this month, I will be performing at What's Left records in Colorado Springs at 7 pm! And On October 30th (the night before Halloween) I will be performing at Front Range Noise Festival in Denver, Co. I am so stoked for these shows, you have no idea. There are also a few secret opportunities I'm not allowed to talk about yet but when they eventually happen, it's going to fuck y'all up. Seriously, you won't believe this is real and neither do I.

As far as video work goes, I'm restarting a lot of that momentum today! I finally got myself in a more secure and stable place so I can focus again. This is also good because I deeply intend to return to writing. I have about 3 half-finished books that I'm still workshopping but needless to say, they're going to be gross and weird. 

The next month is going to be absolutely wild so hang on to your hat. I love y'all and I'm so excited to share all these new projects with you!
