New Character: Charlene

Introducing a new side character: Charlene, voiced by Princess_Lil!

Princess knocked it out of the park, voicing Charlene and providing her incredible moans.

Charlene is the second character you can meet in the new Episode 1. She prowls the nightclub looking for a good time, and just so happens to find Isaac.

Charlene is another side character like Dave, Finn, and Max. She has her own small story, but won't be a part of the main roster. Charlene and Max are very important to Isaac's early journey in Newhaven.

I can't wait for you all to meet her in v0.15!
