Hazelnut Latte v0.15 Progress Report 12/3/25

Hello everyone! Welcome to a (delayed) progress report!

This past week was a bit rough and wild. It was the holidays, and I got wrapped up in the things I had to do for them. I've been feeling some burnout recently, so I did some overdue relaxing. Also, Lotus has been sick and fighting through that, so it's been a rough week. Then, at the start of this week, I had two back-to-back doctor appointments, so this is my first day fully back to work since last Monday. Usually, we have a meeting on Monday morning, where I get the info to write my Progress Reports, and they go up on Tuesday. We don't usually get rocked around like this, but I'd rather we get it out of the way in a week than drag it out.

Enough excuses, what have we been doing?

Secret System didn't move because Koth has been working on lewd scene animations! The first scene he has been doing, so far, looks absolutely insane! Koth always goes above and beyond, so seeing him go crazy style with these is no surprise. We think we have a pretty good metric to rate progress, so we're at about 13%!

The final two sprites for v0.15 are complete! These are not new major characters, but two small characters who are there to make the world feel more alive and say a few lines. They're part of a new big scene that happens in the second half of Episode 1.

Another background has been completed, with another one very close to being done.

Kokman is starting work on the episode's final lewd scene, so I'm excited to get sketches for it soon! After that, we can work our way back and start to tackle some special moments.

As for coding, we're figuring out the options menu! Changing screen resolution, toggling fullscreen, and making audio mixers are almost done. It's barebones and doesn't look pretty yet, but we're focusing on making it work first.

And that's that! There is some secret stuff I'm being hush about until I can really announce it, but it's the bomb.

We're going to get back to work, but thank you all SO much for all your support! You were able to help me see a doctor, finally, for some stuff I've been dealing with. Not to mention, you ensure that I can pay my people. Seriously, thank you all <3. Stay Rad!
