Creamy Haddock Stew

The other evening, Tilly was rifling through her many recipe books and clearing out the shelves. A dusty book, titled "Dishes from Brindleton" fell open onto a page with a delicious looking creamy stew on it. Tilly suddenly remembered a holiday where she had gone to visit her aunt and had gone down to the local inn and had tasted this wonderful stew made with fresh Haddock. As soon as her husband returns from his fishing trip, she thought she might just give it a try...
