Hey I just updated my game and It said It couldn't start because of the cookbook mod and the recipes, same thing with the Occult Recipe Book

Hi TianaSims, I love your cookbook so much! I have an issue where when I click "Desserts" on the cookbook, i get a LE, the menu for some reason does not open. None of the other options have that issue.

hey hun in my game the dessert section brings up a last exception and i cant use them i was wondering if there is a fix or if i need to wait until the next update

Hey, Tianasims I'm a little confused the latest update is the December 12, 2025 version right, because the download file has December 10th but the post has updated November 10th.

Sadly your cookbook corrupted my whole save file and it cant be recovered anymore 😢

hi, after downloading your mod and several recipes, my game no longer opens; the message "Failed to initialize the game, please try again later" appears. If I remove your mods, the game opens normally. Do you know what the problem might be?

Hello! I'm having issues with the tropical fruit salad in the breakfast category. My sims can cook it fine but when they try to pick up a bowl, it'll throw an LE & reset the sim. I've tried redownloading the recipe but that didn't help. Thank you for all that you do!

Hi, I'm having a problem with the cookbook. My servo cannot use it haha. All normal sims can, but if I click on it with my servo I don't get the cooking options for it (only Pets, Baking and Canning options are visible). Checked on a different save and its seems to be happening to all servos. It may be just a general TS4 Servo bug (as always smh) but just wanted to let you know.

Hi, nothing appears when I click on the cook book then click Desserts. Do you know why this may be ? All of the other menus appear, my sims homestyle & gourmet cooking/baking skill is maxed, & I have all of the recipes downloaded.

Does this mean I would also have to re-download the custome recipes as well?

It was giving me an mccc last exception at first, but i re-downloaded the recipes and now I don't get the LE, but there's still no menu. The others work fine. I tried deleting and downloading the cookbook as well to no avail. Any assistance would be great! Thank you :)

Hi! I absolutely love your recipes! I am having an issue since downloading the latest cookbook. The desserts menu no longer appears when selected. I reverted back to the last book from 8/21 and took out the newest recipes and it works as normal. I checked compatibility with other mods as well and I was still unable to open the dessert menu.

its still not working for me :/ whenever i put it in my mods folder my game wont even start. Do i have to redowload all of the recipes as well as the cookbook?

hello! i just downloaded your cookbook and a bunch of your recipes, but none of them work... my sim start cooking, but she can't finish it, she just leave in the middle and start doing anything else, when I try to click on the bowl it only says to clean, not to continue cooking... is there a fix for this? I'm foward to test every recipe! thank you ♥

I noticed the Llama thing is solved with the new update. Now I got a proper breakfast icon.

Hello, love your creations. Sharing that I got an LE today, and when I opened the Better Exceptions report, it listed the following recipes as having invalid tuning/tuning errors: Tropical Fruit Salad, Beef Barley stew, and the French onion soup. Hope this help with updates. Good day.

Hi! I am also having similar problems where my sim will say there is something wrong with the counter and stops cooking, or they will progress to 1/4 of the recipe completion and act like they are still cooking but nothing is happening.

Hey! I have some problems with some recipes, especially desserts. My sims just stops making the cake and will sometimes tell me that somethings wrong with the counter. Or he will just stand there and wont continue to cook. Baking a normal cake (EA) works fine and I`ve tried it with a few households now, who all have different kitchens. But I only have this problem with some of the recipes, the egg muffin (breakfast) for example works perfectly fine!

Hey I had a lot of fun with your cookbook, but I also have the issue where I made an invisible rose turkish delight (sims kept autonomously eating it though and I saw the green clouds as it spoiled), saved the game and now the save keeps loading forever. It was the first time I tried this dish and I don't have the January 1st update yet, since I play offline and update manually

Hey I hope you enjoyed the holidays! The rose turkish delight started to turn invisible when you put it down ever since the January 1st update. Then when I tried to load back into that save file, it stays stuck on the loading screen forever and I can't play. Is there anyway you could fix the Rose turkish delight so that this doesn't happen?

hi beautiful, (going to check my mods folder now to see if there are conflicting mods) - when I go to use the cookbook, the game does a mini freeze then resets all sims on the lot :( is there something else I should have so this mod works?

I hope all is well with you! :) I'm also having a problem, I'm not sure if it's conflicting with something else in my mods folder, but my save files get an endless loading screen when I have this mod in my game. I have already checked every other mod and it works fine until I add this to my game sadly :(

Hi. just wanted report a bug I ran into with the Tres leches cake. When my sim is finished cooking the cake it turns invisible. I can only see the sparkles from the cake being great quality but otherwise I can't see the cake nor is there a way to interact with it, my sim takes a slice autonomously (slices shows up) then the cake is just gone.

Hi soo i have downloaded many of thee newer recipes and they say they need the latest update of the cookbook which I have the 1-08-24 download, however none of the newer recipes are showing up? is there a newer update or is something else wrong?

Something stange, the category canning don't appear in the cookbook, while I have canning recipes and the EP cottage living.
