Rewatching this and I forgot how funny this show was.

Hayami is a vastly superior boxer to Ippo, however, his best move, the shotgun, is vastly overrated. The punches in the shotgun come fast and plentiful, but there's no weight behind them (plus, there's too much rhythm to the shotgun, so it's easy to get used to), and if you're just punching with your arms, that's not enough against a guy like Ippo. Just look at this fight. First time Ippo lands a truly clean hit, the fight is over. Also, Hayami is one of the fighters I did not (and still do not) feel sorry for losing to Ippo

We have to massage these kind of tight spots on the muscles when we feel them. That's why pro athletes hire people to massage their muscles but for regular people that workout just using your fingers or knuckles and a foam Roller for lower body is really good.
