Where are you reading the manga for that much? I use the Shonen Jump app - 3.99 a month for everything (plus you get more manga than just One Piece) I also have all the manga volumes, but I’ve been buying them on release for years so in girl math they only cost 7.99 😂

My only defense for Usopp is that this one time he only lied to save his and Robin's life because you'll recall that the Tontattas were initially super hostile towards them. But now he's suddenly trusted as their chosen-one war hero forced on a suicide mission to attack several of Doffy's top members directly, and then eventually fight Doffy himself. And he's expected to win. All this happened in like the last 3 hours or something too. Usopp can barely keep up between playing along to do right by these poor people and going just far enough to not get killed for telling a lie that originally saved his life.

DUDE I CANT WAIT FOR THE MANGA RECAPS! I literally started reading the one piece manga from the beginning for the first time last night because you inspired me to just try it out, and i'm loving it! Within the first 3 chapters there is already so many little differences from how the manga starts the series off compared to the anime, it was really cool to see.
