I don’t think you’re supposed to understand it completely

i think it's easier to think how to use the stand when defending and when attacking. Ron pretty much has it right :) - Defending: The Dragon shows the user the direction to walk in/approach such that most/all direct attacks will just happen to avoid you luckily. That's why kenzo walks so weird and the bullets just happen to miss him for no reason. it's pure luck consequence from being such a master of feng sui and walking in the lucky direction - Attacking: The dragon shows the location such that overlapping with the dragon will lead to a crazy unlucky attack landing on you. If kenzo overlaps with the dragon there (or makes you over lap there), the unlucky attack starts and not much you can do about it. That's why the dragon mentioned the way to defeat assassination feng sui is a draw: accept the super unlucky attack that can kill you, but trick the user to not be in their own personal area of luck so you can share that unlucky attack with them.

You’re a genius Ron! That final destination connection! Why didn’t I think of that the first time I saw the dragons abilities lol

Kenzo is named after Kenzo Takada, a luxury fashion designer who founded his brand “Kenzo” in 1970 😊 one of my faves. They’re most recently famous for that tiger logo sweatshirt that everyone was wearing in the 2010s

Wow I was suprised y'all brought up Wacco coz that's exactly what I was thinking and that whole thing was so bizarre it couldve been a whole jojo episode or season!! Also the easiest way to think about the stand is Final Destination like Ron kept saying, coz even then they always have a hint to avoid something as well.

Dragons dream stand is based off of Feng Shui which means "Wind and Water", Its a famous form of divination originating from China that suggests one can discern paths to follow by determining natural flows of energy such as the flow of the wind and the flow of the water. Mostly used to identify favourable and unfavourable locations on land and determining the strengths and weaknesses of structures "Feng Shui Assassination" is a martial art using the same principles to determine what points of the body to hit and how to position oneself for the strike to maximize lethality and evade blows no matter how alert and prepared the target is. According to Dragon's Dream, the only way to defeat a Feng Shui Assassination User is to aim for a draw in bad luck and hope that the assassin succumbs first. And so! Dragon's Dream's ability is split between its body and a ring both functioning as a compass on which Kenzou can read the coordinates (in cardinal directions, degrees and minutes) of "lucky spots", points in space in which Kenzou can evade attacks thanks to the lucky place, and inversely "unlucky spots", points in which his blows would be fatal. He summons the compass in his hands to determine the lucky spots where hes sure not to be hit and then has some weird ass movements to stay in the lucky spots. When an unlucky spot is read, Dragon's Dream's body materializes as an arrow inside a hovering ethereal sphere pointing toward the spot. If Kenzou can put a strike inside the sphere surrounding Dragon's Dream, then the blow will be redirected toward a mortal area for the enemy, shown as a limb disappearing before materializing near the victim to attack. Either the blow will be fatal, or events will conspire to deal a wound to the victim through unlikely coincidences, in case Kenzou's attack is blocked. Also if Kenzou can force someone to touch Dragon's Dream's sphere, it also counts as a successful attack, which results in an "accidental" injury for the target. Theres not a direct counter to the readings of Dragon's Dream but you could trick Kenzou into misreading the coordinates of the lucky spots and make him vulnerable because he thinks hes safe. And because of the neutrality the stand itself cant be attacked and it aims for complete fairness in the battle thats happening, like showing where Kenzou should attack also shows his opponent too and so they know where to defend, its one of the most craziest stands ever lol in terms of how much is going on, hopefully this made sense

You got one thing wrong his movement were a tribute to Michael Jackson moonwalk as the moon reflects light and is considered a balance keeper

Don't worry about it, I don't think there's another stand battle that gets this confusing, I THINK 😅 Score 9/10

There is one that I can personally think of, but discovering the truth is meant to be part of the fun. In this arc, the Feng Shui assassination concept is explained like a prerequisite for understanding the fight, rather than it being fun to learn by itself. I still think this fight is great though.
