BLEACH EPS. 352 & 353 REACTION 🔥

Bringer light is the fullbringer's version of super speed. Each race we've seen has a version of super speed. Shinigami have shunpo, Arrancars use sonido (we hear a sort-of sonic boom effect with this one), and Quincies use hirenkyaku. When Ichigo had his shinigami powers, he would use shunpo, but when he unconsciously fought as a hollow against Ulquiorra, he used sonido.

Also michelle and ron i think u guys probably missed this part but at one point there was a different substitute soul reaper who they were going to give their powers to and some members of the xcution did but then tsukishima who was leader at the time betrayed and killed the soul reaper and all the members that gave their fullbring powers. So no they are not on the same side. The xcution members want ichigo to get strong and regain his powers so he can take away their fullbring powers because they dont want them but tsukishima has other plans. Thats y the video guy stopped ichigo so that tsukishima wont kill him

Fantastic intro to the arc and really sets the mood and leaves room for you to discuss later on. Ep 2-3 (kinda belong together) Ep 4-5 Ep 6-7 DEFINITELY belong together 🔥 Ep 8-10 (since 9 & 10 kinda belong together) Ep 11-13 (Ep 11 connects to 12 & 13, but can also work as an intro to the finale if watched separately) 🧡

To Ron's point, I agree Akame ga kill is like Bleach, but it's been like since the beginning of the show. Imperial arms (Relic)/Zanpakuto are similar. Gachiakuta is similar to Fullbring arc in particular which is pretty cool, you can see the parallels. Idk if the author took inspiration from it

It's dope how Kubo includes different languages in his story. While the Soul Reapers attacks and arsenal have Japanese names, other characters from the series also use different languages to describe theirs. German words used for powers from the Quincy and in the case of Arrancars, Kubo chose to use Spanish terms for abilities. For Fullbringers, it's English for example Jackie's technique "Dirty Boots" Shinigami = Japanese Arrancar = Spanish Quincy = German Fullbring = English

[Tidbits] - It's slightly subtle, but in ep 352, you see a new part of ichigo...This sort of angry desperation, like he'd do anything to get his powers back and that Jackie "would" help whether she wanted to or not. His facial expression had a very dark tone. It begs the question of just how far Ichigo would go in the quest to protect people. - In ep 353, Ichigo again was acting different, in the past he primarily fought to defend or protect someone, even all the way back in the soul society arc he only fought battles that he HAD to fight, here Ichigo is saying things like "move out of my way" and "I'm going to take him out" or "he's mine", his thought process is more angry, when normally Ichigo tends to fight from a more confident mindset. - I posted it in my last ep. comment, but the Bleach Anime does in fact cut most of the details or they gloss over majority of the Fullbringers Backstory details that we got in the manga (Which obviously are linked to the type of ability they have) I'll repost the details of Jackies Backstory below: (I must stress that this is not a spoiler, they do not reveal this information in the anime) [ Jackie comes from a very poor family, and one of the 1st presents she ever got was a pair of boots. Given their status she knew her father had stolen them, yet she was poor, so she didn't care and she loved the boots regardless, she loved them so much that she even cleaned them every day. One day she returned home to find her whole family killed. Apparently, her father was selling stolen things on and working in the Black Market which made the family a target. When Jackie lifted up her dead little brother his blood stained her stolen boots, activating her fullbring. Jackie obviously feels somewhat guilty for accepting those boots, she likely thinks that she is in part at blame and worse she wasn't there to even try and help save her family.]

For now, we only know that Xcution wants Ichigo to regain his powers so they can pass on their Fullbrings to him, since they hate their own powers. As for Tsukishima, we know he was their leader and that he killed the former Substitute Shinigami, but we don't yet know his objective.

One cool thing I like to point out here with reactors wondering how Ichigo is so good at adapting his powers. He is a prodigy. In episode 3 or 4 when he is fighting Orihime’s brother he instinctively floated in air as a foothold after being attacked and he only just became a soul reaper. You’ll find out more and it’s going to be absolute PEAK

The mystery in Fullbring is so good it's so fun watching it even when you know all the answers

Refreshing to watch Fullbringer again. It's enjoyable to look at this arc again through the dialogue
