The moment between the brothers was my favorite moment too. There was no way I could predict what was gonna happen. Was Toma actually gonna accept being recruited after Chobei asked him or was he gonna tell him no and to come back on our side I didn't know what was gonna happen. They were both completely in sync. Great story telling. Glad the brothers are back together
That Dragon guy is one of the coolest character's I've seen in a manga/anime, bro cut his own hand without hesitation based on his intution, doesn't care about anything else than fighting strong people to become an unforgetable legend and gouged out his own eye just so he could focus without his sense of vision (he'd be too tempted to open it and too focused on keeping it close so he just gouged it out). who TF is that guy ??

As far as the eye gouging part a lot of ppl seem to be confused, the reason is he relies on his eyes so heavily and he’s stubborn, he wouldn’t be able to just close his eyes as he’s always relied on them so heavily knows the only way he can fully commit is to get rid of it. He’s just chronically stubborn and is aware of it and that’s the measure he had to take to survive
