Hell's Paradise - S2 Episode 2

I really like how they all can see Tao but perceive it and call it differently so they use different art styles when different characters watch it!
Regarding Gabimaru/Sagiri relationship, the anime director said few days ago "I hope people will feel that bond of trust that will NEVER evolve into romance. A relationship can be more than a simple male-female dynamic". And in the manga it was a great relationship! Wether she's real or not, Gabimaru is doing all this to get back to his wife, that'd make no sense for him to just romance sagiri given how loyal he's depicted (even to his shinobi clan who tried to get rid of him) What they have is definitely not love and I'd even say it's not really friendship or "partnership" (ally), it's something strong but not those. In some ways they have a strong bond, they made each other better and freed themselves from their "shacles"
Also me personally I think gabimaru and sagiri have a really close platonic relationship cuz it seems like she鈥檚 also rooting for him and his wife, I don鈥檛 see it going past that but that鈥檚 just me
I鈥檒l die on this hill I rlly think gabimarus wife is real- call it cope but im convinced she鈥檚 real
My favourite part of the episode was when Sagiri & Gabimaru were doing "bochu-jutsu" but instead of it being physical, it was more emotional/spiritual connection. I think it was a great showcase of how the Tensen view intimacy as something physical rather than mental, and their connection is very surface level which is probably why all their experiments suck ass.
I want Gabi wife to be real, but I've watched too many anime and in the back of my mind I dont believe it lol
which makes it interesting I think! I think we rarely get to truly discover something in big/popular animes, most times it's kinda clich茅 so we can anticipate or deduce what will happen because "it's always the same pattern" but either she's real or not we don't know both can very well be true! That's cool I think, we'll see where this goes but I wonder as well
I鈥檓 not sure about this but I remember in season 1 they pink girl was older in flashbacks I think it鈥檚 like that green girl from bleach mei I think her name is
Hell鈥檚 yeah!
