Watching this right before the last episode drops😭😭I’m not readyyyyy
my fiance died in '08 she was a painter and I was a writer. when she died I tried to keep at it for a while, but at some point I just couldn't. obviously I'm very okay now but that part of me largely ended with her. I always admire and respect those that can find it in them to keep going and to keep holding a light for everyone to see even the loved ones they lost. its hard. this show always reminds me of that brief but beautiful spark that was shared.

Yeah it was sad at the end seeing Kaori break down saying she's scared and wants to know more about Arima. Before we usually see her in a happy/joking mood especially when she sees Kousei. She sees that he's down and wants to cheer him up. She just wanted to be positive to mask her fear/from being sad
