Beam Walking Assist - Remaster

• Added support for Skyrim 1.7.99

• Previously a beam was judged by height difference alone. It now reads the surface's slope and how far it drops away, and traces the line the beam actually runs along so you follow its centre instead of zig-zagging back to it.

• Improved zigzag movement on beams, stopping at seams, flat ground and stairs, and misbehavior in non-beam areas.
