Added Poleaxe-specific idle animations.
Fixed an issue where sit/stand animations were not working correctly.
Modified Claymore-specific idle to be usable by all 2HM (Two-handed) weapons.

Fixed an issue where the dynamic sprint and dynamic sprint stop options were installed even if they were not selected.
Added the WeapTypePoleAxe keyword.
Added the Lawbringer_KID.ini file.
