When they say things like “10 and 7” they mean 17 not they were 10 and 7 years old respectively
You asked how the marriage thing works if Rhaneyra is queen. It's easier to seperate the positions as Regent and Consort. You here Viserys say her husband would be King Consort and see to his duties and support her. Normally in Westeros the firstborn male heir would be Regent. Regent=Ruler they are the one ultimately in charge. Usually the Queen is called Queen-Consort. Consort =the VP basically,they have as much power as the ruler chooses to give them ultimately. Like with Margaery or the Hand they by law can in some situations assert power or act in the rulers absence but otherwise they are just the vice president or say heir producer... Simply put it's flipped here. Rhaneyra would be Queen-Regent, like Cersei in late Game of Thrones. She's the boss, and her husband would be King-Consort, subservient to her, it's a position more about a powerful political/military alliance usually than anything.
The man Otto was speaking to at the beginning was Ottos older brother mentioned a few times. Otto is a second son like Daemon. Ottos brother is the important one lineage wise in the Hightower family. He was telling Otto to put more pressure on the king to name Aegon the heir, as he is half Hightower. This would also is beneficial to Otto obviously. And, Daenerys dragons definitely not the biggest. Drogon was sizeable late in though yes. Aegons dragon Balerion the black dread was the largest ever in Westeros and was much larger than Drogons largest size. Love the reaction!

Btw the crab feeder has greyscale but I think Targaryans are immune to it. I could be wrong on their immunity.
Princess Maegelle Targaryen died of grayscale, but it is true that they are less susceptible to some ailments. I only know this because I specifically looked this up ages ago.

A few notes for yall. Viserys dragon died. He was the last one to ride Aegon the conquerors dragon Balerion. Also yeh prepare for timeskips.. Season 1 has a good amount and some actors even change. Not sure if you want to know which ones, but some big ones.

King Viserys I Targaryen’s dragon was Balerion the Black Dread, whom he rode until Balerion died of old age during the reign of Jaehaerys I. aka the biggest dragon in the world its the big skull beneath the keep everyone keeps mentioning in the first episode where he was making rheanyra his heir they where standing infornt of the skull.
also at this moment the biggest dragon youve seen so far is daemons including Got series.

Yes, Rhaenyra is 17 in this episode since she was only 14-15 in EP 1 and she's 15 in EP 2 so this is exactly 2 years later.
