One of a couple slightly more than filler episodes unfortunately.
I don't get people's issues with this episode. It isn't a bad episode at all
Filler episode, but I believe it has good character development and a good moral lesson about peace after generations of war and hatred
Someone said it’s their least favorite ep but the beef between those two groups was hilarious and I actually like the story and history between the two groups, as well as the journey
A lot of people call this a "Filler episode" but I don't nessarily agree with that. This episode shows something very important to the story. That the Avatar has responsibilities beyond the 4 elements. Conflict resolution being one of them.
Perhaps, I think that's covered more deftly, interestingly in other episodes and more than once, but I don't think the episode is valueless either.

This IS the worst episode of the series, but to me it's like pizza... even bad pizza is still usually pretty good

lol this ep gets clowned on as being the "worst" ep of the entire show. which says a lot about the quality of the show since I don't think its bad, but def more filler vibes.
