I don't think this is a spoiler: Luke missed the clues for the horse. I think it's fine to remind you about a certain character wishing to the robed guy to be reborn to help Fushi. Then robed guy said he prepared that horse for a while now for Fushi.

It's technically a spoiler, but honestly I read the whole manga and it completely went over my head too. I had to be told outright in order to see it. Edit: Also, it looks like Luke did pick up on it.

Please react to a movie after you finish TYE. The same principle as you have on Twitch. For example Ghost in the Shell (1995).

I second Ghost in the Shell.

14:05 This basically confirmed my horse is Pioran theory. The orbs can Regen. The black thing turned her into an orb. Pioran has the same hair color. Pioran wanted to be useful to fushi. A ever lasting horse is useful.

Luke, have you figured out the horse's identity yet? I don't want to give any spoilers because I'm giving you too much credit. ( ̄ω ̄) When a Nokker takes one of Fushi's vessels, they only take on the physical form and memories of that particular form or being, the souls that follow Fushi remain with him. Regarding those souls, in this world the souls or Fye are bound to their physical bodies and are released upon death. When this happens, they remain for a short time in this world before moving on to a personal paradise. We saw it with March and Gugu, in this paradise they ascend to another plane and leave this world. Some remain as ghosts, and the souls that follow Fushi are those who rejected this paradise and decided to remain in this world with him. March, Gugu, and Tonari did so. Oniguma decided to stay for March, and Ligardo probably for Tonari. Still asking for a reaction to Shangri-La Frontier man!!!!

Hey Luke, it seems like you misunderstood how the souls following Fushi thing works, it's not Fushi the one who needs to get attached to them or anything like that, it's mostly them having something "left" to do in the world, we have Bon's two ghosts to understand that, we have seen the people who follow Fushi reject some kind of personal heaven because he wasn't there, so it must be them getting attached to him. Also only the souls who have decided to reject that heaven are the ones following Fushi, regardless if he has their body or not. If you want to get emotional, March rejected becoming an adult in the afterlife, Gugu rejected a perfect life with his loved ones and a perfect face, and the bear, Ligard and Tonari have decided to follow Fushi after they died. All that just for Fushi. I'm pretty sure more on this and stuff about the Nokkers is explained later so I won't tell more.

Very well said, just add that Oniguma decided to follow March before following Fushi.

Luke, I think that one thing is souls and another is vessels that when Fushi loses someone to the Nokkers what he loses is his vessel, so the soul should remain next to Fushi, that's my theory

Gosh, we're entering the second arc, so hyped for the Luke theory time. I have to agree with you about the Bon & Fushi's power plotline. It's one thing for Bon to keep that knowledge to himself, but why, just why do they need to interrupt every scene the topic comes up. The cliché interruption gets old fast, and this is like what, the 4th time? It's tiring! Anyway, experiencing the anime again does make me appreciate that Bon isn't happy about the info to himself, he's incredibly conflicted about it, so there's the silver lining

This is not a spoiler: Not all souls follow Fushi around, only the souls that didn't go to heaven. Oniguma (the bear) stayed because of March; Gugu, March and Tonari stayed because of Fushi, Ligard (the owl) problaby stayed because of Tonari. The rest of the people went to heaven, except Pioran that the Black Creator took her as she wished.

This isn't a spoiler but it answers a question you had earlier in the episode. You asked if the spirits still follow Fushi if they have been taken by the Nokkers. When Bon was talking to Fushi at the end of the fight in the swamp Gugu was sitting next to him, Gugu's form was taken earlier in the episode and Fushi expressed that the one he defeated in the swamp wasn't the one he encountered earlier. Therefore, yes they do still follow him, what Fushi loses is just the memory of them,

Luke you seem to have misunderstood something. If the nokkers take away a form of Fushi, the Soul that follows them, doesnt disapear. Thats why bon said this episode, the Ghosts that you forgot annyoing him. Not every person he can turn into, also follows him as a ghost. The Soul/Ghost is not connected to the Form Fushi can take on.
