HEY CINDERS!
Today I have for you another cute bird! With winter coming up I figured this would be a great time to drop this TINY CARDINAL! I wanted to make a sturdy bird that could sit anywhere and look cute! This one comes with two color styles, since everyone forgets about the lady Cardinals and their pretty browns! I hope you all enjoy!!

All my designs are print-in-place (unless otherwise specified) and require no supports. All you need is a clean bed and you're off!
Designs are tested between 60%-100% for strength and articulation! I will not release a design that is too fragile at these sizes. All designs go through our Cinder Test Team! Being part of the Tiny style it can print as low as 40% but it will depend on your printer!
Print Settings: .2 Layer height, 15% infill, gyroid infill, no brim, and no supports. (If there are smaller parts of your print that have a hard time staying stuck to the plate, please try a brim around those parts) Any errors regarding floating regions can be safely ignored.

Requesting an Angel Dragon ...Something close to the Valentines Day White Dragon.... No hearts...... Maybe Stars so it can mirror the Lunar Dragon.
Please add a blue jay to go along with this! I feel like they go together in winter!

Hi, thank you for this amazing design. Dimensions and details are perfect! I have printed down to 28% and even the feet are strong enough. Do you have plans to add more birds? I'll have to look back at previous models but ones that come to mind for me: Robin, Blue Jay, Canadian Loon, Humming Bird, Mallard Duck - I can see people collecting birds as the next dragons.....
I too printed these at 40% and they feel just as strong as they do my other minis. It was definitely worth the wait printing a whole plate of these, as they are stunning!
I think it's kinda funny that it takes about as long to print 20 at 40% as it takes one at 100%. Lol

I wanted to add a keychain version would be awesome, as we could then turn it into an ornament!
I printed these at 40% on my Bambu P1S and they turned out great! They now match the size of my other minis, so it worked perfectly. So glad you did this design!! So many people love cardinals!!!
will it work shrunk down to hatchling size? I'd like to make a few for ornaments. Are we allowed to attach a printed branch clip?
It is not a hatchling so I cant guarantee it'll work that small, as stated in the post it was tested 40%-100% :) If you wanted to glue it to a branch that is fine but you can't attach it to one in the slicer and change the mesh

I just loaded this file in my slicer and it looks to be really big, I am trying to get it to the size of the regular hatchlings but I want to make sure that at that size it will still hold up
It is not a hatchling so I cant guarantee it'll work that small, as stated in the post it was tested 40%-100% :)

It would be nice to have one with a loop so it could be used as an ornament. I know a lot of people who search for cardinal ornaments.

Ohio? My son and his family just moved to Ohio and Im so excited to make this version also. I actually made some small ones from a different creator and they were so fragile the entire plate failed and all broke in the same spot. I was so sad 26 hours down the tubes 😬
