Recording this today with two quality guests, real experts (one of which is a returning guest and one a great friend I’ve been trying to get on the pod for years) and yes indeed, we are talking all things MONA KIMURA!

This viral kickboxing star has crossed over in a way we haven’t seen in Japanese kickboxing in a long time. But how good is she really? We’ll look at her entire career to date, from her time as an elite amateur boxer to seemingly stumbling into kickboxing by accident, and try and get into detail about why her style works and whether it will as the quality of her competition increases (if it even will at all!)
