RaceMenu AE 1.6.1130 Is Here
I decided to forgo the early-access release this time around as I received disapproval from Nexus the last time I did this despite how beneficial this is to both myself and the mod where the smaller set of users have the opportunity to try out the new version and report any bugs (of which I will fix) before a public release. I did an early-access for CharGenMenu for Starfield as the mod was previously non-existent on Nexus prior to release, so there wasn't anything which changed in terms of withholding. The reasoning was more or less along the lines of "paywalls violate our guidelines", and it would be setting a bad example for other modders to do so, the details are hazy as it was quite awhile ago. Despite my disagreement that a short-term early-access is not really a hard paywall and fits in a grey area in my opinion. Of course my option could have been to simply remove RaceMenu and all my other mods from Nexus but I believe that'd just be needlessly spiteful and a disservice to the users who have come to rely on my mods.
So that brings the question of why subscribe at all?
Simple answer: To support my work and motivate me to take the time from my already busy life to dedicate it towards updates and features.
Moving forward I will likely not be doing any beta paywalls, but instead subscriptions will simply affect how timely updates occur if they need to occur at all.
The new version is available on Nexus now but is not full-feature tested, simply opening the game and observing someof the features work (overlays, body morphs, and extended face morphs): https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19080

Thank you so much!
A million and one thankyou's!! Once again you have saved my Skyrim. Thank you, good sir. Thank you very much.
Expired Thanks so Much! will keep this account open for a while you deserve the $$ Kudos to you sir!
I only recently returned to skyrim and learned just how much actually utilises Racemenu and i've also seen your work on Starfield which i also play. Really praying you can get this mod back updated and it's greatly appreciated.
Just renewed my support Expired. Yet another update to Skyrim A/E (1.6.1170). I know you will get Race Menu up and running again when you get time! I do appreciate your work, and that you have a life outside of modding.
I just contributed! I don't actually have a job but that won't stop me from supporting my favourite Mod Author! (I've been job hunting for months :C )
Just upgraded my membership to support your good work. Keep it up.
bumped up my membership...hope all is well with you...hope you are working on the update :) ...raising sheep in Palworld until then
Your mod is the backbone of skyrim for me currently, so thought I'd come here and support you with a membership, thanks for all your efforts transforming the game for us all
I just joined your patreon. I didn't know this is a thing (sorry, old guy gamer). My favorite game is broken and I realized I could help support the person that makes Skyrim enjoyable in 2024
Waiting for your next update so I thought I should support you with a membership. Damn Bethesda and their updates.
just became a patron to help support ur work i know its not much but i hope it helps. keep up to the good work!
And now Bethesda did it again... Waiting for you again my friend. Hugs. And thanks
Thanks for your time and effort!
Hey man, just became a patron, this mod is crucial to mine and many people's mod lists and it sadly needs another update so soon after the last, so i will happily contribute if it helps your work. Of course your own life comes first obviously.
Thank you for all your work! Looking forward to the update, and so sorry that Bethesda insists on making you work harder with more updates lol
I'm having an issue. Everything LOOKS installed correctly, but it doesn't seem to be outputting correctly either way... all it did for me is add 2 new tabs to racemenu that says "EXTRA" and "EXPRESSION"
Thank you so much! As stated before, I'm so proud to support you.
Thank you!
you are Awesome!
To some degree, I understand the flack you got last year. People are impatient. But while they wait, they can always downgrade to an older update; it seems like a logical thing to do anyway since plenty of mods will take a while to update. I didn’t know you actually got grief from the Nexus staff. That’s uncool. In any case, thank you for your continued contributions to the Skyrim and Starfield communities.
It's alright I joined your patreon to give you some money for your efforts. I don't agree with nexus policy at all. It's your mod not theirs.
i echo Locus214 {except for the Restoration Mage build} :) But yeah, you have my support and will continue to have my support. With this update, you saved my Skyrim and i am eternally greateful. Thank you for everything.
Firstly, let me say thank you for all of the hard work you've put into this mod over the years. I've been using it since the original Skyrim, and I can't do character creation in the game without it anymore, so learning the recent update broke it was a major buzz-kill, but now I'm ready to jump back in and spend way to long making a Restoration mage. I've only just had the funds free to start supporting but I'm happy to do so.
