346 - Bad News, Good News.
HI THERE, bros. I know I usually make the post a bit earlier, but I was having a headache since morning and was waiting for it to go away eventually, but it didn't, and it is late evening already and the headache is still here, so I have no choice but to do the post now. I'll keep it short though.
LYK. This guy: www.patreon.com/Lyk is still working on the game texts. I'd say he is about halfway through. Maybe more.
DAHR and I had a serious talk few days ago where he basically ordered me to postpone the release so that he could draw more things for the game. He is almost done with the achievements and now also works on additional costumes for the girls and wants to also illustrate some of the side-events that are currently text only. There is nothing I can do guys, I love Dahr's work, it always fits my games perfectly, and if he says he wants to draw more, I can't refuse. Good thing I never give any release dates.
THAT IS ALL I have to say. Sorry, I want to go lay down now. Laterz.

Usually it goes like this: I release the game for the patrons, they play it for about a month and report the bugs, after that I do a public release that includes Android version.
honestly, none of this is bad news (besides you having a headache), I love dahr's work as well and it's nice seeing a game take its time to complete !!

I can attest that it does sometimes. But not always. ^^
Even if the content is great (which it always is), it means little if the creator's health is adversely affected to bring us the content. As much as we all want the game, I think we'd all prefer it if you look after yourself first. Take all the time you need, we won't be going anywhere.

Honestly, getting more of Dahr’s art into the game is always worth the wait. I love his works and the more is included in the game the better. Hope your headache goes away by morning and it’s not the beginning of something worse. Btw, I’ve decided to get an app for patreon since I’m tired of not finding time to partake in the community here. So now I should be able to continue telling you that Queen Trainer will be the best thing ever and that the old games are better. Yes. And apart from being awesome, his art always fits well into my games. Honestly, I had some prettн modest plans for the achievements icons (whish would have been fine by the way). But thanks to Dahr each achievement is it's own little art now. I think unlocking those icons will be a reward of it's own. :) And yes my headaches also usually go away by the morning. Precursors Legacy is an absolutely fantastic game. Agreed. And congrats on switching to the app. I hope it'll make your life easier. I still use my PC and my Phone's browser only XD

Thanks for making me laugh, it's going to be late because the artist wants to make more art for the game. If anyone seriously bitches about this send them to me, I have a big stick that I use to beat common sense into people with. I really do have one, along with many other things that scare people.
After reading through the comments I see that I was wrong to worry about this. You guys are great. Thank you for the patience. It's gonna worth it. And thank you for the offer. It seems it won't be necessary but it is always nice to have a plan B.

Mohr Dahr is gooooood. A year from now nobody will remember which week you dropped the game on, but they will definitely remember good art. Take your time, get all the chrome fittings installed, make it boss, make it right, make it worth the wait. Now is not the time to cut corners.

Yes. I sent the latest version out to him and to my coding advisor guy Xaljio for the first rounds of testing a couple of weeks ago while I continued to work on little stuff like HUD elements and small bug fixes. ^^

Hard not to after 3 years of working on something without a chance to show it off -_- But I won't don't worry. I never do.
I don't think anybody will complain about more art. I'm a big fan of different costumes too, so the more lewd outfits for Iris and Lily the better (and I guess the other girls too but I have my favorites).
You may fall in love with a few other ones after you get to know them better :)

Drink plenty of water, protect your head from heat, make sure to place a bowl of water in a corner of where you sleep to establish humidity, see if it's not caffeine withdrawal and a small packet of anti-mildew to ensure that headache are not allergic. A big hug from a friend you don't know you have, take care, rest well.
