Dev Log: Chapter 3 - All Planned Renders Finished

As the title says .. Finally, all PLANNED renders for Chapter 3 are now complete. Done. Finished

I was hoping to post you the final image but it's a bit spoiler heavy, so I've instead decided to post an image of a frog disguised as a cat instead. I hope you understand why.

I do want to draw your attention to the word "planned" though.

Everything I want to do has been done and, as announced a couple of weeks back, a path from first image to last in Chapter 3 can now be played .. with now the added bonus of all the narrative paths and threads are fully complete too. So no matter the choices .. everything is done.

However, we still need to play through Chapter 3 and find any places where I could do with adding an extra image here .. or redo this particular image as it doesn't really work now I look at it in the cold light of day.

There shouldn't be too many that need adding or replacing - but it's still to be done.

As does dialogue tuning and a couple of rewrites in the early part of the chapter because of a design path I took later on in the process and so need to make early dialogue make sense in light of it

Plus, I've got a couple of animations to do that I deliberately left undone so I could get the story renders done

Then, do the Ironman gallery items ..

And ..

.. that should be it.

But all that should be the quick and easy part .. certainly compared to the day to day work on Chapter 3 itself.

So what all this means is that we're closing in on release .. I don't want to get ahead of myself just yet .. but we could be talking a matter of weeks all being well ..
