Maria Granberg: 4th Swedish woman to summit the highest mountain on earth

2016 will forever be the year that Maria Granberg became the 4th woman from her country, Sweden, to summit the highest mountain on earth. For her it will also be one of the most challenging and most rewarding experiences of her life. Besides climbing Mount Everest, Maria Granberg also became a skydiver, survived a lightning strike, became an owner of a home on wheels and quit her job to run her own company full time.

Many fears on that path had to be faced and in doing so she learned just how far a curious life can get you. Maria also learned what is really important to remember as you go on chasing those dreams; why you do it and the people you do it with. She mustered the courage to make this short film together with one of her best friends, Johan Nyström (johannystrom.se), who encouraged her to share this story of how one high goal can change ones entire perception of life. Maria Granberg hopes that these few minutes may somehow inspire you to create the story that you want to live.
