[Newsblade] Decrunching

[6 new Swords episodes]

Sadly my staycation is at an end and I didn't get nearly as much done as I wanted. One big problem came up that demanded a lot of focus (because I can't have anything nice!!). But it's my fault too, I really needed some kind of main metric to keep building on throughout the week other than getting Swordtember pages done. I don't feel particularly well rested either. Anyway! We continue!!

I am now part of the early group who have access to Quips on Patreon, so I'll be using it to share milestones and tease content as I'm working on it. The idea of a Twitter-style feed that is only made of creators sharing their creations is pretty great right now - it's all very drama free with no incentive structure to be a troll. If you'd like to see Quips, you'll need to update the mobile app.

I need to move some stock before Christmas, so Cut the Deck has free shipping (on Ko-Fi only) for New Zealand and Australian customers here - if you buy one today I'll even throw in a Cutbert enamel pin.
If you are in America, Cut the Deck will ship to you from Texas, so please order from Backerkit instead. Everywhere else, we'll do the best option available.

Every day on the Swords Discord, I'm posting a bonus rule for Cut the Deck, so people can try something a little different if they want to:
Today's bonus Cut the Deck rule: Poison tokens do necrotic damage

Consumed the following media this past week :
- Ranma 1/2, Panty and Stocking Season 2, Dr. Stone, Taskmaster UK S20, Taskmaster NZ
- Astro Bot (I've got one Bot left to rescue)
- Rewatched Shrek 1 and 2, About Time... and I FINALLY watched the Dungeons & Dragons movie! It was really good!

I'll try to make the most of my last day to myself!
