Hotfix 0.515.0.2 is up. It fixes Astra showing cumflated illustration all the time in english version when she is in the mansion

Encountered a bit of a bug after updating today - walked in on Erik and Astra on Wednesday night in Astra's room, now I have a small section of the image of Erik cumming inside Astra permanently in the bottom-centre of my game screen. I don't mind too much, as it's hot, but I don't think it's supposed to be there? :D
thanks for letting me know! I'll add a fix. For now you can talk to Eric to remove it
