Old villager
An older character for Village of Boobs. I think he can be a shepherd. Please don't ask for busty variant :D

Since we're thinking Medieval here, and your village is by a river, will there be a Water Mill location, and by consequence, a Miller?

The perfect deus-Ex machina NPC to drop hints to a young clueless MC!

Hmm, he could also be a secret Werewolf and as such his own Shepard dog. At least at night :D
