SIMS 4 COMMUNITY CHALLENGE + GIVEAWAY: THE BAR RENOVATION! 🍹

This isn’t just another lot in my save file… it’s a challenge for the whole community! 👀

The lot is available for everyone to download from the Gallery! Your mission? Turn the abandoned house behind the bar into the perfect home for a family who runs the bar as a Small Business instead of keeping it as a Community Lot.

Make it yours, get creative, and build the perfect family house!

🏡 CHALLENGE RULES

📦 Use all packs.
🚫 Do NOT remove the exterior walls of either the house or the bar.
✨ Everything else can be changed, removed, or redesigned!
➕ Add walls, half walls, spandrels, friezes, floors, balconies, roofs & more.
🚫 Do NOT combine or overlap the two buildings, they must remain separate.
🔄 You can rotate either building shell or switch their positions on the lot.
🍹 Keep the bar as it is OR completely redesign it!
🎨 Transform the abandoned house into a beautiful, functional family home that fits your bar-owning family.
