DOOM.
Again (and finally). This is another album that is often requested from his catalog, long standing on my list of items to sit down with. Happy to sit down with it today. I gotta say, that title track is a goddamn certified banger. Already been spam listening to it this morning.
More stuff coming this weekend. Yeat EP tomorrow morning, and maybe some more stuff. We'll see.

if you liek this listen to some Kool Keith! hes worked with DOOM before, very wacky and a little crazy but amazing pen game.
Still banging the table for roc marci. if this helps sway your opinion, roc essentially raps like if DOOM was a pimp. You can't really go wrong with choosing an album, but because you are already fan of alchemist I'd recommend elephant man's bones
Tetsuo & Youth is separated by 4 seasons as interludes so technically speaking you could react to it in parts. You could do: Summer, 3 tracks Fall, 4 tracks Winter, 6 tracks and then there's Spring as the outro
The G.M.C beat really grew on me after some listens. (Also please react to the Lausse the Cat album from last year)

love this album so much. love the weird beats, the skits, how venomous DOOM is on this. it feels like walking through like marvels new york at night, dipping in and out of an open mic, occasionally seeing a guy time traveling and robbing people. idk. it has such a cool vibe. lot of memories with this one. every song hits for me. probably my favorite DOOM album. just vicious straight through. the ‘narrative’ is pretty thin though, it’s just a setting, viktor is a young time traveling villain who hates DOOM also; there’s a version of the change the beat without the rain, on the single version.
Bob you broke my heart lol 😭 G.M.C. was always my favorite off the album. Always thought the beat was perfect for that song
