PUBLIC PREVIEW: 212 Greenwich Village, NYC | Own Your Floral Café & Townhouse Living in Manhattan...

This build includes two connected New York townhouses and a three-story floral café. Each townhouse has 3–4 bedrooms, private rooftop spaces, and a primary suite that takes up its own entire floor — the perfect mix of cozy living and city energy.

The floral café is fully playable, so your sims can actually run their own coffee shop in game.

The preview GIF shows exactly how the build looks in regular gameplay, captured with my ReShade preset. If you’d like the same look, you can find my preset in the download post Attachment☁️
