DOWNLOAD: 212 Greenwich Village, NYC | Own Your Floral Café & Townhouse Living in Manhattan...(Update 2025/11/22)

Update Log • November 22, 2025

I received some feedback that a few players were getting an error in game, so I went back to check everything and replaced some CC that might have caused the issue.

If you ran into the error, please feel free to re-download the updated files：
I’ve re-exported and uploaded a fresh Tray version.
The required CC has also been updated.

If everything has been working fine for you, you can continue using your current version as usual 🤍Let me know if anything doesn’t work the way it should!!

Hey friends 🤍

I’m so happy to finally share this one with you, I hope this build has everything we love about city life. ☁️

And yes, along with the two townhouses, there’s a three-story floral café waiting for you! You can almost smell the coffee already haha. You can use it with the Business DLC, or pair it with the Live in Business Mod if you’d like to actually run it in-game. :)

Comes with two versions — Residential Rental & Business Venue, both safe to install together.

A lot of you mentioned wanting a community lot, so I’ve included that too! I really hope you’ll love it and enjoy every little detail.

Thank you all so much for being here, your support and kindness really keep me going!

As we make our way through November, I’ve got so many special things waiting to share with you :) 🤍

☕Oh, and we have a floral display fridge with a built-in humidifier to keep all the flowers fresh and dewy...

✨ Special thanks for this request ✨

City life has always been one of our favorites, and I’m so grateful for all your ideas and patience while waiting for this one together.

I really do read and keep notes on everything you share with me, some just need a little more time, and I’m so grateful for your patience and kindness while I work through them🤍

Only a small part of the space is shown here🤍check out more in game!
