How can black holes be hot when all they do is suck in everything around them? Why is the Oort cloud so perfectly spherical? How do astronomical measurements work? And in Q&A+, can small Moon impacts be a threat to Earth?
00:00 Intro
00:23 [@MistSoalar] Why is the Oort cloud spherical?
03:09 [@rJaune] Could we detect the Oort Clouds, or Kuiper Belts of exo-systems?
03:45 [@nephilim20111] How hot black holes are?
08:05 [@d.o.6769] What are the various units and how do they relate to each other?

Seems like they only know the temperature outside of the black hole. Not the temperature of the black hole.
Question. When people talk about the mass of a black hole, does that include the accretion disc around it? What percentage of the mass is the accretion disc?
What to wear lol I get your West Coast but here in the East Coast same scenario
1995 revile full series, season three of the outer limits and it was called stream of consciousness check it out
There is an episode of the outer limits, not the original, the other one, and by the way, both the original, and the newer, one newer anyways, and one of the episodes was about a young man who was not able to have a chip put in his head to be able to analyze, and he actually had to read and learn And then the episode pretty much just proceeded with the fact that these chips these AI chips no longer worked in peoples brains and they didn’t know how to read or do simple mathematics because it was already put in their head. I don’t know I’m pretty sure that that was the 80s one that came out but just like every grade science fiction show that’s where great ideas come from.
That’s an interesting scenario. As far as maths goes, I don’t think I’d be any different to these people as even simple stuff is not my forté. I wish there was a chip I could have put inside my head which enabled me to do maths!
I would push the button. With that being said I know it would not cause medical instruments to fail. And as selfish as this comment is, I don’t do social media, so might hurt. Some people have definitely count on that for their self absorption as well as funds, but I think they can make it through for a few hours, for a beautiful show. 😉
I would class YouTube as social media. Did you not sign up to this channel on Patreon after viewing and liking Fraser’s YouTube channel?
Why are things moving faster the further away from us they are?
Expanding universe would be my guess
