rex invites: accept within 24 hours or skip the line

A lot of you told me GitHub's email came too late (FU MS!), so gatekeeper now sends you its own email the moment your invite goes out, with the link to accept it. It goes to your Patreon or card email. If you sponsor through GitHub Sponsors, GitHub never shares your email with me, so sign in at https://gatekeeper.debridmediamanager.com and press Complete Registration once. Then the next invite email reaches you too.

If you're waiting on one, accept it at https://github.com/debridmediamanager/rex/invitations or https://github.com/debridmediamanager/zurg/invitations so your slot opens up.

Don't want to wait for your turn? There's now a rex express lane. Sign in at https://gatekeeper.debridmediamanager.com and press Complete Registration, then "Get my rex invite now". You get a rex invite right away. It's held for 15 minutes only so accept it on the spot.
