Bugs introduced with the new 10-22-2024 update...
There are some errors in The Sims 4 basegame that have nothing to do with mods although the game is working with some and without mods.
Some simmers are unable to transfer sims from their current households into new households.
Clicking on the arrow is not working because it's greyed out and on hover, gives the message saying transfers not allowed.
Suggested workaround, play another household, invite the Sim/Sims over and add them to the current household.
This is just one bug that I can confirm, but I've heard others reported.
This can be done using testingcheats true/testingcheats on, then shift+left-clicking the Sim/Sims you'd like to add to family. (For new players - press Control plus shift plus c simultaneously and notice the text input field that appears in the upper left corner of your game screen. Type the words testingcheats true or testingcheats on into that field and press enter on your keyboard. This will turn on cheats.
I'm also noticing frequently broken animations related to actions/interactions.
I didn't play test without mods for a long time, so I haven't determined yet for sure whether it's a mod or mods causing it, but it is likely mod related since I never noticed it while testing without mods.

MC Command Center - Needs to be updated. It's best to just go to Deaderpool's Patreon and get the updated version with the hotfix for this recent update (Life & Death patch).

The More Columns In CAS mod - Needs updating. It's said to be updated on Weerbesu's Patreon, however please be aware that there could still be bugs or conflicts after any mods are updated.

The most popular adult mod has an update which is working with only a minor feature that isn't working.
So, those who have that mod will be receive another update by the author as we are all anticipating the next expansion pack that will be dropping soon on October 31st!
Update all script mods that require updating and be sure to update XML Injector by the late Scumbumbo which is currently being maintained by another modder (Triplis).
