18 Culpepper House
I love Culpepper House too much (and really need some new apartments lol). This one is a little darker and moodier and I really love how it turned out. One bedroom, one bathroom, and an open living + kitchen.
I did replace the windows but they are in the same spot as the original.

*Windows and front door replaced with TOOL. I have a quick and easy tutorial on my channel on how to do that. I try to keep the windows in similar spots, so you don't have to replace them if you don't want to
* I recommend using Twisted Mexi's Better Build Buy and having the Deletion protection on while placing this build and reconnecting the walls. Due to a bug, certain items may disappear without having it on. Then turn it off right away.
