Dreaded patch day tomorrow! First, take a deep breath. Here’s to ensure your game doesn’t update automatically until your mods are set.

Go to your EA app > settings > download > update games automatically is turned *OFF* then play OFFLINE

I have NEVER removed mods, saves whatever the hell else everyone says to do in all the years I’ve been playing this game. I simply turn off my auto updates, go offline, update my mods as they’re updated and then go back online and update the game.
